Hi there, I'm Jen a former educator turned certified career coach and mentor to new coaches.

My journey toward becoming a coach wasn't an easy one, but it was definitely worth it.

I used to be stuck in a cycle of overworking, anxiety, and stress, all because I thought moving up in my career was the only way to succeed. But after years of struggling, I finally found the courage to break free and start living life on my own terms.

When I say I broke free, I mean I went all the way balls to the walls.  I quit my job, packed up the car, and drove south. I now live in Mexico with my dog Charlie and have never been happier.

I now spend my days as a full-time coach doing work I love.

I'm passionate about helping other professionals who are seeking a career change or want to start coaching break free of what's been keeping them in a stress cycle.

I believe that everyone deserves to have work that brings them joy and a sense of purpose.  And we deserve to be paid well for it.
