Jeneffer Joe (“Coach” on behalf of Jen Joe Coaching LLC) and the customer agree to the following terms and conditions.

SERVICES

You are agreeing to participate in the Coach Mentorship Program. The program includes the following:

(a) Weekly Coaching calls ( up to 24 sessions/ hours total)

Calls take place via video conference for approximately 1 hour

(b) Support

The coach will provide you with the tools necessary to govern your emotions and mindset, and strategies to grow a coaching business.

Scheduling Policy

The coach will determine a set time to meet each week.

Professional Fees

Declined Payment Policy

Any outstanding payments are due, in full, within 7 days of the first declined payment. Email notifications of incomplete payments will be delivered, providing detailed steps to bring the account into good standing. Should requests for payment receive no response or the account remain overdue 7 days after the first declined payment, access to program benefits will be suspended. Access will be reinstated if payment is made in full 14 days after the original payment date unless we provide a written modification to your payment terms in writing.

Our privacy policy explains how we treat your personal information and protect your privacy. It may be necessary for you to share sensitive and confidential information. We use this information to maximize your success in the program, to improve our program, and to develop new ones. We will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those set out in this Privacy Policy.

YOU CONTROL YOUR SUCCESS

The coach promises to provide you with the best recipes for success, but it is up to you to use these recipes to maximize results.

IF A PROBLEM ARISES FROM THIS AGREEMENT

We are confident you will successfully complete the program. However, if a dispute does arise from this Agreement, you agree to resolve the dispute by submitting to neutral binding arbitration and agree not to seek court intervention as an alternative. Avoiding unnecessary court fees and costs ensures that we will have more time, energy, and money to invest in your success.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

You understand this is the entire Agreement between the parties. You understand that no other promises or agreements have been made except for those described in this Agreement.

EFFECTIVE DATE

This Agreement will not take effect, and we will have no obligation to provide services until you successfully process your Coaching Fee called for in Paragraph 2 of this Agreement.

Success Guarantee

The following outlines the conditions you the client agree to meet to guarantee you sign six or more clients within the six-month coaching program. Should you meet all of the requirements and not achieve the goal of six or more clients, you will have access to the program and coaching support until you do sign six paying clients.

Please note that agreement and participation in the following is not a requirement for coaching.

The Requirements:

Commit to ten hours of focused high ROI tasks weekly

To include but not limited to the following:

Coaching clients (free or paid)

Marketing

Having coaching conversations

Take on ten or more clients in a 6-week practice container providing them with free coaching

Have at least 6 of these clients provide written testimonials

Sell the recommended offer crafted with your coach at a price that aligns with your belief.

Post weekly evaluations. These will reflect on one of the following:

Client session

Consultation call

Weekly tasks and results created

Bark.com

Noomii.com

Conduct one session where you coach Jen and receive feedback on your coaching
